Phoenix, AZ 255,000 SF, 19-story CBD tower. REO Acquisition acquired in April 2014. Joint venture with Rialto Capital Management. Made capital improvements, rebranded and diversified the tenant mix. Additions included Uber, Canon International Design, Gainsight and Allbound. Sold in Q2 2017.

Payson, AZ 55-acre infill residential property. REO acquisition. Reviewing utility agreements and entitlements and marketing for sale.

Phoenix, AZ Acquired 50,000 SF, CBD Warehouse along light rail corridor in Q1 2015. Sold to private developer in Q3 2015.

Phoenix, AZ 2-Acre, infill development site in Midtown. Located along the Valley Metro Light Rail and within the transit oriented development overlay which allows flexibility with use, density and height. Sold to national multi-family developer in Q2 2018.

18th/19th St & Washington St

Phoenix, AZ Approximately 4.9-acre multi-parcel infill property along the Light Rail corridor between downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor International Airport. The primary property is a city block bounded by 18th, 19th, Jefferson and Washington Streets. Property tenant is IMCOR (Interstate Mechanical Corporation), a firm that has operated continuously in Phoenix for more than 40 years.

Prescott, AZ Approximately 5.7-acre vacant property, located across from the Yavapai Regional Medical Center. This former school campus is ideally positioned in the heart of Prescott, at the City’s busiest intersection. Old school facilities were demolished, and property was subsequently sold to the Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Q3 2019.
